Agreement

By accessing or using any PerfectLine service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. PerfectLine reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Services

PerfectLine operates a suite of independent micro-services including PerfectIdeas, PerfectSearch, PerfectJobs, and others. Each service is a standalone product. Using one service does not require using any other. Specific service terms may apply in addition to these general terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity per account, unless otherwise authorized. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Payments and billing

• ✓All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• ✓Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• ✓One-time purchases (such as idea unlocks) are non-refundable once the content has been delivered.
• ✓You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our services beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute content from our services without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Impersonate another person or entity

Intellectual property

All content, code, and design of PerfectLine services are owned by PerfectLine. Content generated or provided through our services (such as business plans or analysis) is licensed to you for personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute generated content as a competing product or service.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Business ideas, analyses, scores, and plans are generated for informational purposes and do not constitute professional business, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information from our services.

Limitation of liability

PerfectLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
